  9. This is a favorite in my family!

  11.                                 Mini Cakes

  13.         Dough:
  14.  
  15.         1 stick  margarine
  16.         3 oz.    cream cheese
  17.         1 cup    flour
  18.  
  19.         Cream the above together till the dough is well mixed.  Wrap in wax
  20.         paper and chill for 3 hours.  (I usually make the dough the day before
  21.         and let it sit over night.)

  23.         After three hours divide the dough into 24 portions, and drop into
  24.         mini cupcake pans, and form into a crust.  Drop 1 tsp. (about) of
  25.         filling into cream cheese crust.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  29.         1 cup   ground nuts
  30.         3/4 cup light brown sugar
  31.         1       egg
  32.         1 tsp.  vanilla

  34.         Mix together.
